Store Pickup Policy

Collection Process:
(Pickup only) Store pickup is the only way we offer our products. Once the order is ready for pickup, we will send an email or text message notification to the customer with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Processing Time:
We strive to have orders ready for collection as soon as possible. Typically, processing time is at least four days. However, in cases of high demand or customized products, this time may vary. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Required Documents:
To pick up an order in our store, the customer must present the following:
Confirmation of the purchase order (can be printed or in digital format).

Collection Delegation:
If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, please provide them with a copy of your order confirmation and written authorization.

Delays and Communication:
In the event of delays in order processing or any unforeseen problems, we promise to contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the status of your order and offer alternative solutions if necessary.

Returns and Exchanges:
Return and exchange policies for orders picked up in store are the same as those applicable to online purchases. Please see our return policy for more details.

Pickup Schedule:
Our store pickup schedule will be the one you schedule when placing your order. However, we recommend that you check our opening hours before planning your visit to avoid inconveniences: Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. / Saturdays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. / Sundays: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Cancellations and Changes:                                                                                                                  If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.
